Built around the grade, not against it
This retaining wall was designed around a sloped lot that two previous contractors had quoted flat. The grade became the structure. Three seasons in, the planting is establishing on schedule.
That's the work we do: read the site first, build to what's there, and leave something that doesn't need constant correction.
